It is not only housing that we are able to deliver for developers. This project was delivered for an expanding company, developing its own facilities.

The fact that we take full control of delivering all of the structural walls, internal walls, internal floors and roof structure takes a lot of the risk away from a developer and makes project management significantly simpler.
