Our technical team designed 304mm deep metal-web SpaceJoists to sit in timber and steel beams above our timber frame kit.

We used back to back raised tie mono trusses to create space in the roof. We manufactured the whole kit at our factory including timber frame panels and delivered to site for our timber frame erectors to construct.
