Falkland Street

This was for the extension of an old, well-known building in Liverpool city centre.

The project added three storeys on top of an old, irregular shaped building. SticX system had to take account of many technical engineering challenges including disproportionate collapse and complex fire strategies during and post construction. We had to incorporate bathroom pods within our design and install them with the erection of our frame.

This project was mainly a success due to great design collaboration and our flexible and attentive management during construction.
